With black thunder clouds looming and hail falling, lights were required for this game played at 2.45pm at Murray Salt Stadium. The lights were switched on 30 minutes into the game, and stayed on for the rest of the game. This could have been the first time lights were required during a daytime game of rugby in the Bay Of Plenty/
